Every Jubilee Homes is covered by an Express Home Warranty, which is covered by the following timeline:

  • Your home is protected by a 1-year builder’s warranty, that covers craftsmanship/materials.
  • 2-year delivery portion of systems (plumbing, electrical, heating & air conditioning).
  • 10-year major structural defects.

Also, all manufacturer’s warranties for manufactured products will be transferred to you at closing. Check out our ExpressLimitedHomeWarranty
