Everyone on the Jubilee team is absolutely fantastic! From choosing our floor plan, lot and all the way down to the small color choices, they were so helpful and easy to get ahold of and work with. They made our home buying experience easy and kept us updated on the progress.

We absolutely love our Jubilee Homes! Such a great experience. This was the third home we have built in Texas and by far the best experience. Catherine and Kyle are amazing. They made the whole process of building a home, which can be overwhelming, seem easy. Catherine even helped me with colors and design ideas! I felt like I was on a HDTV show! Sometimes I got a little overwhelmed with picking out wall colors, floor tiles, etc., Catherine was available to help me those details. Jubilee Homes from when we first saw the house through the closing process and afterwards gave us all the details we needed and was helpful with every step. During closing there was a small issue. Jubilee quickly got the information needed to the person who needed it. After we moved into the home, we were told to call if we saw anything that needed to be fixed. We had a few small things, and they were quickly taken care of. We have had a very positive experience with this company.
The team at Jubilee Homes has been more than helpful with the purchase of our new home. They all have been available to answer questions, and offer assistance. I recently purchased a new, custom made home built by Jubilee Homes. I closely worked with Catherine Halfman, who throughout the entire process, was extremely helpful to me clearly explaining every detail to me and keeping me up to date step by step of my new home construction.
Catherine was great to me and treated me with respect and as an extended family member. Catherine always promptly followed up on all my questions and my requests. She helped me all along, even several times in the evening when I was at Lowe's or at Home Depot to buy items for the home and needed help in knowing what to buy. Catherine keeps her phone at hand and is ALWAYS there to help and assist!! She amazes me.
Catherine's attention to detail, her organization, and her commitment in ensuring that I understood every detail of the home building process, especially that I was happy with all decisions, was INVALUABLE to me!!!
I also closely worked with Kyle Halfman, Jubilee Homes Superintendent, who closely kept up with all the construction of the home. Kyle personally met with me inch by inch, foot by foot on multiple occasions throughout the construction of my new home explaining what all was being constructed, being installed, what was needed, recommendations on electrical, lighting, cabinets, tv and phone jacks, etc, etc. Kyle, too, was very helpful to me! Even after the completion of my home and the home closing, Kyle, has helped me with different items in which I needed help.
Both Catherine and Kyle Halfman of Jubilee Homes make an excellent team and were there for me throughout the entire process. They both treated me like family, they sincerely cared for me and my happiness with the final product--my beautiful custom-made home that I truly love!!
